There are three sites in the area of Grudziadz encompassed by the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone: “Industrial Airport”, Waryńskiego Street, and the property complex between John Paul II Street – Graniczna Street – Lipowa Street.
How to invest - Public aid.
The entrepreneurs operating in the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone, on the basis of the authorization, will be exempt from income tax in respect of:
- specified in the permit of investment spending
and/or
- specified in the authorized level of employment,
the acceptable amount of aid is defined as the product of the maximum aid intensity and the higher amount of the costs: new investments or two-year labor costs of newly employed workers.
Public aid in the light of current legislation:
- Height ratio of intensity of public support for the Kuyavian – Pomeranian: 35%
- For small and medium-sized enterprises, this ratio is, respectively, 55% and 45%
The minimum value of investment is 100 thousand. EURO while maintaining a condition of doing business for a minimum of five years and three years for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The contribution of the business in expenditures related to new investment should be at least 25%.
Amounts of regional aid received from several sources, domestic or foreign, are to be added up.
